Yogesh Mohan, the organiser, opined that the poll percentage is not more that 40 to 42 per cent and any candidate who gets around 10 to 12 per cent of votes bags a win and becomes our leader.
To pass a paper, students need at least 35 per cent. The same should be applied in politics.
