180 MOVIES TO BE SCREENED AT BENGALURU FILM FESTIVAL


The fourth edition of Bengaluru International Film Festival got underway in Karnataka’s capital.
The event was inaugurated by Karnataka chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda in the presence of personalities from Kannada film industry. Renowned Bollywood actor Om Puri was also present on the occasion.
South African film ‘Lucky’ was the inaugural film. Actor and Rajya Sabha MP B Jayashree has a key role in the film.
About 180 films across various genres from several countries would be showcased in the eight-day movie extravaganza. The films would be screened at five theatres in the city and also at the information department.
