Life has become miserable for a mentally challenged juvenile in Hindaun area of Rajasthan.Twelve years old mentally disabled Pawan is deaf and blind by birth. Pawan’s laborer mother ties him up every day inhumanely, when she leaves for work as he is unable to look after himself. His mother told that he runs out of the house when she left him untie and ever tore off his clothes.
But problems don’t end here for him and his family living on the edge.
Pawan’s widow mother works hard to support him and family including her Pawan’s grandparents, three sisters and a brother.
His father died a year and half ago.
Pawan’s family is striving very hard to survive. They have not been enlisted in the BPL list despite they applied for it.
