Having failed to get a Below Poverty Line (BPL) card in spite of his several attempts, a man commits suicide in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh state. The victim identified as Rakesh runs a tea shop and he had applied for a BPL card to meet his daily expenses, but no one paid heed to his problem.
As per reports the man is undergoing treatment as his condition remains to be critical.
