TWO CASES FOR VIOLATION OF CODE OF CONDUCT REGISTER AGAINST CONG CANDIDATE

In another case violation of model code of conduct two FIR has been registered against the Congress candidate Rajendra Bhandari contesting from Chamoli assembly seat.
Speaking to media Congress Spokesperson, Manoj Bhandari said “District Magistrate has always opposed us it is nothing but a conspiracy framed by him against me.”

Briefing media District Magistrate, Rajender Kumar Sinha said, “Two cases under section 153 of model code of conduct has been logged in Gopeshwar Police Station against Rajendra Bhandari as he had used Temple to campaign by sticking poster and stickers.”
