PHASE THREE METRO TO HAVE SIX COACHES

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) established training institute with special troubleshooting simulators for training of maintenance staff and Metro will also have six coaches in its phase three.
In an interview to media, H. S. Anand, Director, Maintenance Department told that Phase-Three would start with six coaches whereas existing lines will get eight cars based on Broad Range Network from coming June.
“Most of trains are very much maintenance-friendly. We started these simulators for enhancing maintenance skills of field staff and make the train with fault to get on line again in less time,” Anand added.
DMRC is planning to install an automatic monitoring and rectification system in Phase III.
